shipping sucks but otherwise happy

I buy from you guys all the time and, overall, am very happy. This last purchase arrived 4 days after the expected delivery date, which I don't really think was your guys fault as much as it was the post office. However, if your shipping prices weren't so outrageous, then I could have requested a quicker and more reliable option. It would be nice if you would reassess those prices and make them more reasonable.
